Kate Blakeley, Diageo’s former Head of Reputation Management for Western Europe, will join Cirkle on 6 July in the newly created role of Deputy Managing Director. Kate is an accomplished corporate relations professional who has held a number of high profile positions across UK, European and global remits at Diageo, having started her career in the agency world. During her 17 years with Diageo, she led global brand PR for Guinness, CSR for the GB business, global employee engagement and alcohol in society for Western Europe.  As well as managing Diageo’s external reputation, Kate also shaped its response to the culture of excessive drinking, setting Diageo’s social responsibility strategy and leading the industry’s responsible drinking agenda.
