Church & Dwight to acquire hand sanitiser brand Touchland

American consumer goods company Church & Dwight has signed a definitive agreement to acquire hand sanitiser brand Touchland for $700 million at closing, consisting of cash and Church & Dwight restricted stock, and a payment up to $180 million contingent on the achievement of Touchland’s 2025 net sales for a total purchase price of up to $880 million.
The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the second quarter.
