Luxury womenswear designer Catriona Hanly has appointed Felicities to handle her brand's press and publicity. The Irish designer has dressed celebrities for the red carpet and her latest collection includes Jolie blouses, heritage tweeds and velvets with signature collars and cuffs detailing.
