British Vogue has announced the launch of The Sports Desk, a new editorial space dedicated to the stories, style and cultural impact of women’s sport in the UK and beyond. Launched in partnership with Google Pixel, The Sports Desk is a new navigation pillar on British Vogue, creating a dedicated editorial space for sports for the first time, and represents a commitment to recognising the influence, reach and relevance of women’s sport - and the people who are shaping it.

On The Sports Desk readers will find pieces including an interview with Naomi Girma, the most expensive player in Women’s Super League history, a study of the relationship between grief and running and a first person view on why skateboarding might beat mindfulness.
