British jewellery brand Posh Totty Designs has appointed K&H Comms to manage its media and influencer relations for the UK market.

The brand was founded in 2004 with the belief that jewellery should hold meaning, be unique to the wearer and celebrate life moments. The collections are handmade in the UK in the brand's Brighton-based workshop using recycled sterling silver and gold and ethically sourced gemstones.

Founder Alice Cripps learned her jewellery making skills in Mexico. Two years later, she founded Posh Totty Designs which now has a successful e-commerce site, two stores in the UK - Brighton and Islington, London and concessions worldwide.

The brand’s personalisation services include hand-stamping, engraving, hand-set birthstones and locket photo fitting.
