British online fashion retailer BrandAlley has been sold to new owner BrandAlley International Limited, an unconnected company, following the appointment of joint administrators.

Kiri Holland and Danny Dartnaill of BDO LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of BrandAlley UK Limited on 29 May. The sale to BrandAlley International Limited completed immediately after the administrators' appointment.

The fashion flash sales website will continue operating as normal, with existing customer orders and refunds honoured by the new owner.
