Belle PR has announced the signing of food journalist and chef Melanie Johnson. Melanie is a chef, author and food writer, best known for her Country Life food/recipe-focused column and her cookbook, Bundt (Penguin). Trained at Leith’s and with a background at Sotheby’s and the Courtauld Institute, she brings a historian’s eye for beauty and composition to food, styling and entertaining.
