BBC Good Food has announced number of new positions and promotions as part of an editorial restructure. Now all editorial digital and print content for the BBC Good Food brand (and associated titles Easy Cook and Home Cooking Series) is created by BBC Worldwide, within three new hubs, Content, Design and Subs. In addition, magazine and food hub staff currently located at the Immediate Media offices will relocate to join the digital team at TVC this summer. Contact by email: firstname.surname@bbc.com
New appointments and new roles at the title include; Lulu Grimes as hub director, handing lifestyle content including restaurants and travel, she is currently also covering senior food editor’s Cassie Best’s maternity leave. While Keith Kendrick has been appointed as head of magazines working across BBC Good Food, Easy Cook and Home Cooking Series. Gregor Shepherd is now content and production manager, heading up the new Subs hub. Peter Rupscl takes on the role of senior digital designer and Stella Papamichael is now digital sub-editor.
In addition, promotions at the title include the following; Natalie Hardwick has been promoted from features editor to deputy editor of bbcgoodfood.com. Lily Barclay is covering Natalie Hardwick's maternity leave from the end of June as deputy editor of BBC Good Food, alongside her current focus as family editor. Sarah Lienard has been promoted from writer to senior writer, focussing particularly on health. Georgina Kiely was digital assistant and is now writer.
