Bauer Media names audience development executive

Bauer Media has announced the appointment of Lucy Smith as audience development executive, commencing 19 April. Previously junior digital writer, Lucy will be working on brand growth across heat, Closer, Empire, Mother&Baby, Yours and Grazia.
