Recently launched collaborative creative agency Ampersand has announced its first major hire with the addition of Collette Ewbank as Associate Director.

Collette brings two decades of experience creating stand-out creative campaigns at the heart of sport, lifestyle and wellness brands. Embracing fan culture and storytelling, alongside building stand-out in-house and agency teams, culture and client relationships.

Colette's past experience includes seven years working across European & Global Consumer Marketing at Puma Group based in Herzogenaurach, Germany. As well as senior roles at SportFive and Action Group. Now based in Manchester, Collette champions the new agency's approach.
