Sophia Panych, previously Head of Beauty Content at Farfetch, has been appointed Content Director at online beauty magazine Allure. In her new role, she will be leading Allure's digital editorial strategy and day-to-day execution of the site. Sophia will be based from the UK Condé Nast offices until she relocates back to New York in July.
