Algenist, the breakthrough beauty brand known for its high-performance algae-based skincare, has today announced the appointment of Rose Fernandez as Chief Executive Officer. Previously Senior Vice President at the company, Rose will be taking over the position previously held by Frederic Stoeckel, who played a critical role in the creation and success of Algenist. Frederic, who is stepping down to return to his home country of France with his family, will continue to serve an important role in the company as a member of the Algenist board.

Rose has been with Algenist since 2016, working alongside Frederic on strategies to drive business and brand awareness. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in skincare sales, brand marketing and digital expertise – previously holding leadership roles at Jurlique, Kate Somerville and Murad.
