Consumer brands agency Aduro Communications announces the return of Manchester-based Hayley Ainscow to the business as Senior Associate Director. 

Hayley brings over a decade of big brand and integrated campaign experience. She adds a host of knowledge to Aduro’s senior leadership team, bringing her robust client services expertise, and account and team management prowess to Aduro’s offering.

Her remit will focus on leading the agency’s full service campaigns delivering best in class PR and social having led high-impact integrated strategies for major brands previously across FMCG, health, and sport. Hayley returns to Aduro after a year and half as an Associate Director at Weber Shandwick where she worked across several consumer brands including tombola, Nextdoor, Perrier, Roberts Radio and children’s peace prize Kids Rights. During her near decade at Aduro, Hayley led on a number of integrated campaigns for leading consumer brands, including Hain Daniels, Pharmacare and P&G.

2025 is set to be an exciting year for the agency, delivering Reliably Brilliant campaigns across the UK with Hayley’s appointment across Manchester and London.
