Eloise Melia has joined 84 World as Senior Talent Manager, where she will lead the growth of the agency’s Northern division and support the expansion of its nationwide talent offering. With a background at MVE Management and Gleam Futures, Eloise brings extensive experience working across talent development, brand partnerships, and long-term career strategy.

In her new role, she will focus on identifying and nurturing emerging and established talent, building meaningful brand relationships, and strengthening 84 World’s presence across the UK.
