Immediate Media has announced that the UK Wedding Awards 2017 are now open for entries. The awards are the coming together of hitched, Perfect Wedding and You & Your Wedding to recognise the very best of the UK's bridal industry.

There are 23 categories to enter, from venues to dresses, jewellery to dream honeymoons. The UK Wedding Awards 2017 will identify and reward those key individuals, independents, high street favourites and designer brands who are helping make the journey from just-engaged to married couple as fun and magical as possible. Winners will be featured in You & Your Wedding, Perfect Wedding and online at hitched.co.uk, youandyourwedding.co.uk and planyourperfectwedding.com.

The UK Wedding Awards are a two stage process with a hand-picked panel of wedding experts deciding a shortlist that will then go to a public vote. Entries close on 2 December with the shortlist announced early in January. The full list of categories and entry details are available here.
