Job Purpose & Responsibilities

An experienced AM you are looking for your next role, you are a natural multi-tasker and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Supporting the creation of overall PR strategy for your dedicated roster of clients, leading strategic, well executed product campaigns for maximum ROI. Overseeing the development and execution of these strategies with your team, across a strong portfolio of beauty clients you will manage direct reports whilst reporting into the agencies Beauty Director.
Cultivating and maintaining both positive and productive relations with clients ensuring constant relevant communication and optimal understanding of each brand ethos and objectives is key to the role.
Managing press activity, from bespoke intimate events through to large international product launches, you are adept at negotiating brand partnerships and sponsorships for your clients. Securing column inches for brands, you will drive the strategy, overseeing product launches whilst devising innovative campaign concepts. A strong understanding of the importance of digital in the constantly evolving media landscape is crucial.
Strong press contacts across the beauty industry is vital, in particular on and off line media and the ideal candidate will also hold good relations with key beauty players within the industry including Retailers, Spokespeople and Make Up Artists.
A team player, you will work closely with the digital and fashion teams and communicate consistently across agency divisions, exceeding beauty kpi’s and client deliverables. Creating seamless, 360 campaigns, you will manage internal and external resources in the achievement of the above. A team player with the ability to instil confidence and influence editors, the successful applicant must show strong creativity and the ability to think ‘out of the box’.
Demonstrating initiative and a desire to be part of an energetic team, you must have proven media press contacts with Beauty Editors upwards and strong relationships within the beauty industry.
Minimum 5 years agency and/ or in-house experience is essential with proven media contacts.
