Rachel Nevin Communications is a boutique communications agency built on real people with unmatchable understanding in communications. Covering a breadth of Luxury Wellness, Lifestyle and Celebrity-focussed talent, as well as key players in the FMCG space including KETTLE® Chips, Rowse Honey, and Barratts Sweet Shop.

RNC is rapidly expanding and looking for the right person to join their epic team of power players who know how to make an impact and celebrate in style afterwards.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Account Executive or Senior Account Executive who truly loves working on a variety of clients from Nobu Pilates to KETTLE Chips® and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment. You will be part of the RNC team, as well as being responsible for delivering best in class communications for our leading clients in premium health, wellness and lifestyle, hair, beauty and FMCG sectors bringing stories, innovation, activation and brand partnerships to life.

In this role, you will:

• Work with Directors and Account team to deliver consistent excellence and impactful results.
• Partner with Founders and Senior Brand Managers to ensure the smooth co-ordination of the relationship and execution of the brand strategy and messaging.
• Deliver against PR & Communications strategy and quarterly KPIs.
• Generate and secure strong coverage for clients consistently.
• Lead or contribute to client update meetings and calls.
• Write compelling press releases, proposals, plans, briefing documents, commentary, reporting and relevant copy.
• Produce first class monthly / regular client reports across media and socials.
• Plan and execute events and activations working within set budgets.
• Build and deepen relationships with key media, influencers and KOLs.
• Work with the team to capture industry trends and material competitor information.
• Manage and maintain press samples to media and influencers.
• Build strong relationships with press, influences and key opinion leaders.
• Have a strong understanding and knowledge of the media landscape.
• Attend industry events and keep on top of industry news to ensure an on the pulse understanding of best in class practices and competitor insights.
• Send relevant news and insights to clients.

• Can work quickly and efficiently without compromise on quality.
• Have good knowledge of social platforms and the media landscape.

General

• Time requirement at London office four days a week.
• Discretionary Bonuses.
• Salary competitive for the right person.
• Company laptop and pension scheme.
• Hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm (flexi hours available).
• 25 days holiday per year + 1 birthday day.
• Start date immediate but flexible.
