Zoe Becker, previously Social Media Editor at Eater, has been appointed Social Media Editor, NYT Cooking at The New York Times.

Zoe will manage the @NYTCooking Instagram account, working to drive traffic to Cooking while maintaining its established tone across platforms.

She previously spent two years at Eater developing social strategy and transforming restaurant content for social media, and has also worked in social media roles at Bowery Farming, Delish and Food Network.

Zoe will report to Assistant Editor Becky Hughes.
