Chrissy Kellaway has been promoted from Head of Operations to Managing Director at PR agency Splendid Communications.

Chrissy joined the independent creative agency 12 years ago as a Senior Account Executive and has progressed through every level of the business. She has played a key role in shaping the agency's culture, operations and commercial growth, and was instrumental in securing recent client wins including Rowntree's Lollies and Cadbury Ice Cream.

As Managing Director, Chrissy will lead the day-to-day running of the agency, overseeing its people, client partnerships and commercial operations, working alongside Jess Proudfoot (Innovation and Media Director) and Fran Langdon (Creative Director), and reporting to Founder and CEO Alec Samways.
