Editor Louisa Maidwell has announced the upcoming launch of new publication Stage & Screen Review.

Stage & Screen Review will cover the full spectrum of the creative industries, from theatre, dance and music to musical theatre and screen production. Combining interviews, features, reviews and behind-the-scenes insight, the publication aims to champion both established and emerging voices shaping the future of the arts.

The publication will place a strong focus on the creative process itself, exploring the craftsmanship behind productions through features on choreography, direction, writing, costume design and other essential disciplines that bring performance to life.

Free from political agenda, the publication is built on the belief that everyone within the industry deserves a voice, from emerging performers and creatives to long-established professionals working behind the scenes. With concerns continuing around the future sustainability of the arts, the founders hope the magazine will play an important role in preserving, supporting and strengthening the industry for future generations.
