Entries are now open for Drapers 30 Under 30 2027, the annual search for the strongest emerging talent and rising stars in fashion retail. Now in its 18th year, the programme shines a light on fresh thinking, disruption and creativity across every part of the sector - from buyers, entrepreneurs and technologists to supply chain specialists and store teams.

Entrants must be aged 30 or under on 31 January 2027. The deadline for entries and nominations is midnight on 21 September 2026, and the new cohort will be profiled in the January 2027 issue of Drapers.
