Beauty editor, brand strategist, SheerLuxe contributor and former Head of Beauty Buying at Liberty Rhea Cartwright has announced a relaunch of her podcast, At Face Value.

The podcast features conversations with women building businesses and careers in beauty, bringing together founders, industry leaders and creative voices.

The first episode features board-certified dermatologist and Prequel founder Dr Sam Ellis. The conversation explores the creation and growth of the skincare brand, its UK launch with Space NK, accessible skincare, ambition, motherhood and the support systems behind Sam's career.
