Aisle 8 has been appointed to represent the artisan bakery, Astrid.

Founded by Charlotte O'Kelly, Astrid began as a home-based Breakfast Box project in 2020 before opening a bakery in North London in 2024. Astrid Atelier, the brand's larger bakery kitchen and creative hub, followed.

Aisle 8 will lead a strategic programme to establish Astrid as one of London's contemporary bakery destinations through storytelling, creative partnerships and product placement.
