The role:

• you will support the team and reporting directly into the Senior Account Executive on key retained and campaign accounts across the business. From ideation and influencer bestpractice right through to evaluation and reporting; helping deliver excellent client service, retention and business development for clients.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Account:
  • Support your Senior Account Executive with;
    • Response to briefs | Pulling together creative ideas for campaign ʹ keeping a close eye on competitor influencer activity, as well as the latest social news around platform updates, to influence your suggestions.
    • Finance & processing of invoices | Ensuring all payments are tracked iin internal documents and processed in timely manner.
    • Influencer management [where applicable] | You will be gathering all content sent across to the client in good time, ensuring it is in line with the Influencer brief.
    • Monitoring KPIs & objectives | Collating and inputting influencer insights into the tracker and keeping a close eye on how the campaign is performing.
    • Briefs and reporting | You will be in charge of setting up and collating Influencer briefs at the start of a campaign, as well as client wrap reports at the close of the campaign.
    • Client liaison | Assisting with client comms where applicable, pulling together meeting agendas and notes with clear actions for the wider team and client in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure that attention to detail is of utmost quality and that you are constantly adding value for the client and team.
  • Monitor all documents, saving and updating files in an organised manner across all accounts.
