Since we launched Revive Collagen in August 2020, we’ve witnessed unprecedented growth, with hundreds of thousands of happy customers.  We deliver a premium market-leading ingestible collagen drink to help restore and boost your collagen from the inside out.

In May, we announced our long-term brand ambassador partnership with Amanda Holden. Just last month, we launched Revive Collagen into 650 Holland & Barrett stores. 

But we’re not stopping there, we have hugely ambitious plans to be the world-leader in collagen drinks.

Overview

You will be responsible for building best in class relationships with key stakeholders, media and focus on creating unforgettable brand stories. You will be responsible for all written communications within the company. You’ll be responsible for the global application of all marketing and managing all press.

Lead content, PR to deliver a clear company communications strategy. Own and drive our PR and Thought leadership programme, building our profile nationally and regionally amongst our stakeholders.

You will be able to create, prioritise and execute against a clear editorial programme, ensuring the right mix of top, middle and bottom of funnel content. An agile thinker, you will understand that in high growth businesses plans change quickly you must be comfortable with this and able to thrive on it You are a Clear and eloquent communicator able to demonstrate a track record in building brand narratives.

Oversee the external and internal communications activities across Revive Collagen across our press, marketing communications, corporate communications, reputation and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR & Marketing Strategies for new product launches, trips, events and one to one meetings in line with brand’s aims and objectives
  • Lead and drive strategic placements of new and existing launches to achieve top ten competitor rankings on all media platforms to deliver high quantity and quality of coverage
  • Ensure we develop relevant and strong relationships with media across categories
  • Lead contact when partnering with key UK retailers on content creation, product exclusive support plans: Holland & Barrett, Feel Unique and Look Fantastic with our retail partners as a valuable service to promotesell through
  • Support and work cohesively with commercial director to increase visibility across retailer websites includingsocials
  • Manage all media content creation projects across influencer, media and retailer partners
  • Identify and establish relationships with key makeup artists and celebrities to ensure that makeup launches are placed with them, improving makeup credits and building makeup credibility across all platforms
  • Plan and manage annual PR budget with the PR Strategy and keep within allocated budget
  • Create calendar of events and Marketing/PR support - working to develop innovative multi-layered launch plans, particularly in the digital space, aligned with the business KPI’s
  • Lead team to build and maintain an accurate and relevant press list to cover all areas of the media from national monthlies through to regional/freelance/social and store media
  • Investigate and identify opportunities in addition to new product launches to promote the brand and its servicesby being aware of activities of area of the brand
  • Preparing meaningful PR and marketing analysis reports with key learnings, insights and recommendations
  • Manage press interviews across all 3 axes and ensure follow-up for accuracy of quotes and mentions
  • Attend appropriate strategy meetings with retail partners
  • Gives final approval on all collateral, press communication and mailings across the brand ensuring excellencein execution
  • Lead direction to our partners across all Media Relations & Content (paid, owned, earned & shared). Ensure strong relationships with relevant media across all media categories
  • Generating maximum coverage, meeting KPIs for product launch campaigns across all media and socialplatforms.
  • Media and Influencer relations: maintain strong press and influencer relations to support editorial and organic social coverage. Develop new relationships with influencers across beauty and associated lifestyle categories, bringing the brand to new audiences.
  • Proactively pitch creative and trend-led editorial ideas.
  • Virtual and experiential event management.
  • Support team members in analysing and delivering coverage reports and internal presentations.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years in-house and 2 years agency
  • Strong media relations
  • Experienced track record

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + performance related bonuses
Location: Bristol / London or WFH
