The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across
digital marketing channels, including but not limited to E-mails, PPC, SEO and Paid Social. Across 2 brands
(BeautyBLVD & EasySt Beauty)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, develop, implement and analyse digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic and sales.
• Use a data driven approach to run paid social media campaigns (Facebook ads, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest ads, etc) and manage PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads).
• Manage paid digital marketing budget, bid management, keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy and landing page experience to maximise conversion and ROI.
• Develop and execute SEO plan
• Run A/B testing across all channels.
• Create and schedule all email marketing campaigns.
• Create weekly & monthly performance reports to present to the wider team.
• HubSpot CRM management

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing (paid social, PPC, SEO & E-mail)
• Experience in the beauty/fashion e-commerce preferable.
• Strong, creative copywriting skills.
• Data & performance driven.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to proactively present and implement solutions to improve performance.
• An eye for constant innovation & improvements
• Experienced in working on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience of coordinating, maintaining and delivering on marketing, sales or business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Strong understanding of consumer and business social media platforms.
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful input.
• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
