We are recruiting for a Content & Community Manager to manage the social media channels for the largest beauty brand within the PDC Brand's UK portfolio across Instagram and Facebook. Their role is to increase positive awareness of the brand and support the brand strategy to ultimately deliver on sales target and market share objectives. This includes strategy setting, planning, production, scheduling, and reporting. The Instagram channel also services the US territories so will need to support their requirements.
The brand is the no. 1 category leader in the UK with exciting plans in the pipeline. The role is an in-house function and they will be reporting into the Head of Communications. This role is supported by a Content & Community Assistant.
Key performance areas
Set social strategy
Manage organic content of brand's Instagram and Facebook channel, to maximise the reach of content, build follower base and engagement
Support the growth of the TikTok channel (managed by external agency)
Creation and delivery of creative for booked social media on customer platforms (e.g. Superdrug)
Brief, creation and delivery of creative for paid social media advertising across Instagram and Facebook
Compilation of monthly reports, highlighting key campaigns of the money and deliverables / ROI
