Established in 2008, and based in Wandsworth, London, Latest in Beauty is a leading destination for beauty boxes with two core offerings. Firstly, Build Your Own Beauty Box, where subscribers can choose 3, 6 or 9 of their favourite products each month, from a selection of over 150, with a new skincare, makeup, haircare or bath & body product going live every day. Secondly, Collection Boxes. These are curated beauty boxes featuring the best beauty products, created and branded with a partner such as Grazia, or are an own branded box such as “Latest in Beauty Party Edit”.
LIB works with over 500 brands to source the latest beauty products as well as leading publications and high-profile partners such as The Sunday Times Style and Grazia to create the best beauty boxes. Latest in Beauty is going through a brand refresh and is making some changes to its subscription service, making it an exciting time to join our sales team.
The role sits within the Sales Team and reports directly to the Sales Director, with a dotted line to the Business Development Manager, and is responsible for generating new business by selling the Latest in Beauty subscription platform to Beauty & Cosmetic brands. The role is also accountable for brand campaign analysis and detailed data reporting to share back with brands.
Junior Sales Executive
Approach beauty brands and present the Latestinbeauty.com subscription build-your-own box concept (both existing relationships and cold contacts)
Request and arrange meetings for yourself and Business Development Manager to showcase the Latestinbeauty.com platform and campaign opportunities for brands
Work with Account Manager, ensuring campaigns are successfully executed to the highest standard
Data handling - create important brand data reports to present results back to brands
Continuously increase the number of brand contacts through online research, attending events and trade shows
Work to maintain Salesforce; to keep contacts, brands and campaigns updated
Past Sales experience is desirable but not essential
Confidence to call/ meet with brands required
Interest or experience in data analysis useful
Previous experience in using Google Analytics preferable
Understanding of Salesforce beneficial
An ambitious self-starter with a can-do attitude
Great organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
