WIZARD, the award-winning beauty and lifestyle PR and Digital Marketing consultancy based in N1 is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. The perfect position for someone with more than 1 years' experience, ideally with in a beauty company as you will be working across a portfolio of high-profile beauty brands. The ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and a creative team player that is looking to grow and expand his/her skills. Great potential for growth within the agency.

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

• Attend Influencer events to take content
• Assisting on the creation of content calendars
• Creating in house video content and graphics
• Scheduling
• Researching & reaching out to potential partners for giveaways/competitions
• Assisting in the production of quarterly UGC
• Produce monthly/weekly reports for clients as required including any analysis
• Assisting in the production of social content calendar for Pinterest
• Researching new influencers across all platforms; Instagram, TikTok, YouTube exc.
• Taking minutes from client calls and sharing with the wider team
• Support social media manager to include assisting in community management and content creation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proactive, ambitious with a real passion for the beauty industry
• Great team player
• Have a keen eye for trends
• Deliver tasks to a high-quality standard within an agreed timeframe
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A good eye for detail and creative writing.
• Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);
• Knowledge of photoshop and canva is an advantage and a creative eye!
• Confident communicator.
• Ideally 1 years’ experience and a plus if it has been in a beauty PR agency
