Bux & Bewl Communications are recruiting for a Global Communications Manager to join our expanding beauty team. We are an energetic London based agency specialising in Beauty, Travel and Lifestyle, we champion a lively and thoughtful approach to the ever-diversifying world of communications.

Our new team member will be experienced in the field of Global Communications and ideally demonstrate on the ground expertise in markets outside of the UK. In addition to creating global strategy we execute local market outreach first-hand, so our candidate will benefit from the unique opportunity to both network and travel.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Working alongside our senior team, our Global Comms Manager will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 4 years’ communications experience within the health & beauty sphere, including a minimum 2 years of global exposure
- Passion for and understanding of the beauty industry, including knowledge of the global beauty media landscape across all its platforms
- Proactive approach to planning and execution
- Confidence in leading creative brainstorms
- Ability to develop, write and edit client communications strategy and toolkits in response to brand brief and vision
- Successful budget management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams (e.g. clients, markets)
- Strong writing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent networking skills and contacts appropriate to the position
- Strong media pitching skills
- Experience identifying and managing influencer partnerships
- Proven success proposing, planning and executing events
- Effective upward management of senior agency team
- Mentorship and development of junior agency team
- Evaluation of client activity via compilation of reports and overviews
