JOB PURPOSE
Manage and drive Owned Social Media channels - bareMinerals and Buxom UK; develop cohesive and complementary owned (always on) social media strategy for all UK social channels that is aligned with marketing strategy and brand tone of voice, engages fans/followers and drives traffic to our sales channels. Build Influencer network and make recommendations for local engaging partnerships. Proactive management of all social channels to maximise reach, engagement and continued growth.
Develop/adapt bareMinerals marketing strategy for retail partners’ ecommerce and pure player sites to optimise channel performance & visibility, build relationships and seek out new revenue-driving and communication opportunities. Monitor retail partners’ online activity to ensure on brand and aligned with the business priorities.
Build relations with NAM and retailer with social and digital counterparts at retailers to become go-to for collaborative content and partnership ideas to drive multi-channel sales and share of voice through their handles.
Liaise with Appropriate Marketing Manager (and / or Paris as appropriate) to feed into social element of paid media strategy and once agreed deliver Digital Marketing activation (Social / Digital / Unbranded Search) of Brand Media campaigns.
Manage Digital and Marketing Assistant and oversee implementation of marketing calendar and asset delivery of NPD for e-tailers as well as day-to-day social activation and reporting.
