Children's designer outlet The Pud Store acquires Precious Little One

Children's designer outlet The Pud Store has acquired the business and assets of online nursery retailer Precious Little One, including all of its sock, websites, customer database and other assets. The deal comes a month after Precious Little One collapsed into administration. The Pud Store, founded by Frances Bishop in 2015 has grown as an independent retailer of nursery and childrenswear.
