Wizard, the award-winning beauty and lifestyle communications agency based in W1 is looking for a dynamic Team Assistant/Office Manager to support the daily communications and activations of the busy team. You must be an effective time manager, able to deliver at pace the execution of multiple responsibilities and PR activations at the same time.
Experience in PR is required and the successful candidate needs to be passionate about beauty, highly creative, have exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written and an excellent understanding of the media and digital landscapes. A can-do attitude and a proactive ability to work both within a team and independently are essential.
